Searching by Year and Time Span

The FederalRegister.gov website now offers an Advanced Search option to enable user to select time spans, beyond the 30, 90, or 365 day time frames shown in basic search. See http://www.federalregister.gov/articles/search?conditions[term]=&am...

Also, it is possible to line up a defined set of documents in date order from the present to 1994 (or in reverse order) by using the search engine box to search for a particular set of terms by newest or oldest date of publication.

For example, search for"Federal Reserve System".

Then select Federal Reserve System (FRS) under the Agency category on the left sidebar (this will eliminate other agencies' documents that refer to FRS).

Then click on NEWEST or OLDEST at upper right (rather than RELEVANT). This will place FRS documents in date order.
